VIB | Very Important Baby® puts new parents and the maternity department in the limelight at Erasmus MC and surprises parents and the nursing staff of the maternity department during the Corona Virus.

Many proud moms and dads don't get the attention they deserve around the birth of their newborn in this unreal time. There are hardly any maternity visits and many gifts arrive later or are sent by post. By giving a goodie bag over the next two months, including a special “Rotterdammertje” bib, VIB® wants to put the new parents in the spotlight.

In order to give the nursing staff an extra helping hand during this intense period, VIB® surprised them on Wednesday 15 April with delicious pastries from Rotterdam's Koekela. A nice gesture for the care staff who do everything they can to support new parents, even during this difficult period.
